Is the consult really free?
Yes. It's a 20-minute video call with Dr. Capetillo. You don't need a card or a deposit to book it.
Will my veneers look natural?
Shade and shape are planned with you. In your consult, Dr. Capetillo explains what's possible for your case and what isn't.
How much of my teeth will be prepared?
It depends on your teeth and your goals. Dr. Capetillo explains it for your case, tooth by tooth, in your consult and in your written plan, before you commit to anything.
Are there hidden fees?
Your written plan lists what's included and what isn't, in U.S. dollars. Flights, hotel and meals are not included: you book them yourself, and we give you a written travel plan so you know what to book and when.
What if the plan changes at my in-person exam?
If the in-person exam changes your plan, Dr. Capetillo explains why and we agree on it with you before you pay for any change.
How long do I need to stay in Guadalajara?
It depends on your plan. Your written plan includes an estimated schedule so you can book flights with confidence.
Do you speak Spanish and English?
We coordinate your consult in English or Spanish. Tell us your preference when you book.
Can I send photos or X-rays before the consult?
Please don't send medical records through the website form. If Dr. Capetillo needs photos or X-rays, he will tell you how to share them safely.
